Putting this site’s 40-foot elevation change to good use, the units are arranged so that those higher up on the hill may look out over top of the lower units and have a view of the river to the north.

I worked very closely on this project in collaboration with Surround’s founder and creative director Mark VanderZanden, helping carry it from preliminary concept designs to pre-construction. I was tasked with creating the technical drawings throughout all of the design iterations, as well as the PUD submittals, construction details, artistic renderings, digital models, and grading plans.
